- Ihr Kind hat bereits einen Platz im Pakt für den Ganztag:
Sie müssen zunächst nichts tun. Ab sofort erhalten Sie von uns auf dem Postweg einen Betreuungsvertrag. Bitte schicken Sie diesen ausgefüllt (mit Anmeldung Mittagessen, Anmeldung Ferienbetreuung) an uns zurück. Damit ist der Betreuungsplatz für Ihr Kind dann verbindlich.
2. Ihr Kind wird zum Schuljahr 2025/26 in die Vorklasse/ 1. Klasse eingeschult und Sie haben bereits eine Platzzusage über Tolina bzw. die AWO erhalten:

3. Sie haben noch keinen Platz im Pakt für den Ganztag für Ihr Kind an der Luise-Büchner-Schule. Und/ oder Sie hatten Ihr Kind ggf. schon angemeldet und Ihr Kind steht auf der Warteliste:
Bitte füllen Sie ein Anmeldeformular „Anmeldung Pakt für den Ganztag an der Luise-Büchner-Schule – für das Schuljahr 2025/26“ aus und senden Sie und das Formular zu. Das Anmeldeformular finden Sie hier über unsere Homepage: www.mobilepraxis.net
Oder schreiben/ rufen Sie uns an, wir schicken Ihnen das Formular zu. Wir führen eine Warteliste und werden Ihnen bald möglichst einen Betreuungsplatz für Ihr Kind anbieten.
WICHTIG: geben Sie die Anmeldung ausschließlich in unserer Verwaltung in der Grenzallee 4-6, Darmstadt-Eberstadt oder digital per E-Mail unter: vse@mobilepraxis.net
Weitere Information zum Mittagessen: Die Kosten für das Mittagessen betrag monatlich pauschal, bei 5 Tagen Essen/ Woche 76,35 €. Wir werden mit dem EAD ausschließlich ein vegetarisches Mittagessen anbieten.

1. your child currently has a place in the all-day pact:
You do not need to do anything initially. In the next few days (until approx. 30.06.2025) you will receive a childcare contract from us. Please fill it out and send it back to us (with lunch registration,vacation care registration). The childcare place for your child is then binding
2. your child will start school in the 2025/26 school year in the pre-school class/ 1st grade
and you have already received a place confirmation via Tolina or the AWO:

Please complete a registration form “Registration for the all-day pact at Luise Büchner School for the 2025/26 school year” and send it to us. You can find the registration form here via our homepage: www.mobilepraxis.net or write/call us and we will send you the form.
IMPORTANT: please submit the registration form exclusively to our administration office at Grenzallee 4-6, Darmstadt-Eberstadt or digitally by e-mail to: vse@mobilepraxis.net
Further information on lunch: The cost of lunch is a flat rate of €76.35 per month for 5 days a week. With the EAD, we will only offer a vegetarian lunch.
